Includes: • Written summary with critical information for the program (what it is, how it progresses, progressive overload tips, warmups, rest/recovery day information, and more)! • Access to an app for program delivery • Scheduled & organized calendar • Workouts, warmups, cardio, exercises come with video demonstration & written cues • Check-off completed workouts • Track progress (photos, biometrics, BMI, etc)
