Strength Program

  • 12Weeks


12-week Strength Program (4-5 days/week; intermediate - advanced). This program is designed to significantly increase strength! I use a variety of training techniques and strategic planning to ensure strength is achieved over the 12-week program! Includes: • Written summary with critical information for the program (what it is, how it progresses, progressive overload tips, warmups, rest/recovery day information, and more)! • Access to an app for program delivery • Scheduled & organized calendar • Workouts, warmups, cardio, exercises come with video demonstration & written cues • Check-off completed workouts • Track progress (photos, biometrics, BMI, etc)
